Domestic Shipping is provided by Canada Post.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when Flirty Flutters has shipped your order.

All purchases are final sale. If you believe an item is damaged/missing, please notify us via email within 24hrs. It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection and open a claim. Flirty Flutters reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products

All orders can be cancelled without penalty up until it has been packaged - once shipped an order cannot be cancelled or retrieved.

Orders will be processed Monday - Friday. Excluding holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

If your package becomes lost or stolen, we will work with you and the mail delivery service to locate the lost package. Please email us at info@flirtyflutters.com so we can help you locate it. Flirty Flutters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
